Day 100 (47): Nasi Lemak For Dinner

Woke up at 3:30PM and had nothing to do. Slacked myself on Facebook before taking a walk down to KH, buying some materials to cook the No. 1 Malaysian food - Nasi Lemak. Pretty excited as this is the first time I actually cook it.

Used about 1 hours and 20 minutes to settle everything. The aroma of the rice is not as nice as in Malaysia because it's fucking hard to get shallots and screw-pine leaves in UK. For the sambal, it's quite nice and I like the fried anchovies which I added into it. I can say that I'm quite satisfied with what I cooked.


No mood to start assignment and watched a movie - The Legend is Born - Ip Man. It's just a so so movie and the fight moves are so fake. I also need to get ready for tomorrow's and Saturday's trip. Hopefully I can have a fun time.
