Day 110 (57): Brilliant Not

Just reached home from Liverpool. ^^ Had a nice trip around the city, 3 days covering 4 museums, 2 cathedrals, St. George's Hall and Albert Dock area. The only two things I missed is Goodison Park and Ms Brilliant. Not that I don't have chance to meet her, just I'm too tired everyday after walking whole day that I lazy to get out of my room.
Today woke up quite early to prepare myself for a trip with YeeFang's friends. 9 new friends for the weekend, quite an achievement. We boarded the train to West Kriby at Central Station.
On the way, we stopped at Birkenhead Park. Nothing special really, a park in a hollow town. But, the environment is quite okay except the lake water is brown in colour. =.= We spent some time there and also visited a Catholic church before hopping up the train to our ultimate destination.
We reached West Kirby and visited the Marine Lake and Beach. Not much I can say other than the wind is freaking cold. The water is also quite far from where we stand, and we were lazy to walk out. LOLx Took some crappy photos before leaving.
As they continue on their journey to Southport, I returned back to the hostel because I need to prepare for my journey home. We parted at Moorfields Station. I had a nice afternoon nap before waking up to tidy myself up for the 9:22PM train.
On my way to the station, I took some photos of around the St. George's Hall. Met with the girls again after 3 long days and we boarded the train back to Sheffield. That's the end to my Liverpool trip, an enjoyable one.
Now, I just want to get some rest before tomorrow's trip to Castleton with YingChee and co.
