A very exciting race in Shanghai. It has been a long long time since we had seen so many overtaking in a single Formula 1 race. There are many pit stops too. We also got to see a MrLaren 1-2. Since the race is held in Shanghai 7 years ago, there had not been a driver to win there twice, yet.
The race started off with Fernando Alonso overtook both Red Bulls but later penalised for jump start. Five car gone out in the first lap. The much overtaking was helped by the weather and also the involvement of the safety car, especially on the second safety car in which Jenson Button brake so hard that it almost cause some pile up. Webber was knocked out of track by Hamilton just before crossing the line in that lap.
There is also a incident in the pits where Vettel and Hamilton tried to gain position exiting the pit lane. The McLarens' pace is just incredible with Hamilton chasing up the racers in front of him and overtook them one by one. Button was obviously a happy man as he screamed out his heart in joy through the team radio heard by the TV viewers around the world. Rosberg completes the podium after fending off Alonso's challenge.
I am not a fan of MrLaren but I think I had to support this all-British team since I am going to study in UK. Button and MrLaren leads the drivers' and constructors' standings respectively.
