Day 160 (107): Disneyland Paris

Today, we went to Disneyland Paris. We had always read about it in our case studies and now we are finally there.
We started our journey there after our breakfast at the hotel. Taking the train, we went out of city center and reach the last station specially built by the local authorities for the theme park.
We got passed the security with ease and started taking photos in the theme park area while waiting for the shows and parades. The park is actually quite dull and came below expectation. Maybe I am just too old for Disney.
Then, we met with the first Disney parade of the day. There were many familiar characters including the Incredibles, Lilo & Stitch, Eeyore & Tigger, the chipmunks and many more.
After the parade, we continue taking pictures until the Disney show starts. There were dances and introduction to many Disney characters. Mr Incredible was exceptionally active and Mickey was as annoying for me as usual. =.=
After the show, we moved to Walt Disney Studios to continue the chasing the show on offer. A statue of Walt Disney and Mickey greeted us at the entrance. And yes, there was a parade again, this time there were baddies in addition to those Disney good guys.
The best show in the Walt Disney Studios was Stunt Show Spectacular. The stunt directors explained how stunts were being done in movies while the stuntmen performs. Awesome actions but a bit too draggy. Yet, this might be one of two shows I think suitable for adult. =.=
Another show that I think which is nice was this show at Cinemagique where they mashed up stage performance with a lot of past Disney movies, cartoon and real life. A truly nice combination.
We then shopped at the Disney Village after the park closed its doors. It's too bad we visited on weekday where the parks closed at 6PM. T.T
We spent little time at the Disney Village. I got myself two memorabilia tokens from the machines. We head back to the city and get a good night rest. I am going to fall in Lourve tomorrow. ^^
